Somerville Woman on a Crusade to Stamp Out Bed Bugs

Leonina Heringer of Somerville, 55, is on a mission to help people identify bed bugs and tells them how to prepare for treatment. Just last week, she called to prod the city's inspection service office after a resident told her they had missed an appointment.
