With the hospitality industry in upheaval due to the bed bug pandemic, hotels everywhere are being held accountable for bed bug management and upholding reputations.
In the article White emphasized hotels need to have their comprehensive action plans in place in the event of an infestation. All hotels should take action about bed bugs whether they have a history of bed bugs or not. He stressed the critical role traveling plays in the spreading of bed bugs and that no lodging facility is isolated from it.
